Payment plans

Learn more about payment types and billing periods

The Dashly payment plan cost depends on the traffic on your site, i.e. unique visitors amount.

Unique visitors are those who had activity during the payment period. Activity is any event performed on the website or in the application, property record, API data record, response to an email, click on a link from an email or push notification in a mobile application.

Plans are divided by their functionality. A full comparison table of the features included in each plan is presented here.

Currently you can subscribe for 1 or 12 months. We charge an advanced payment in the beginning of the period. The subscription cost depends on selected plan type.  Save 20% with annual subscription:

How are the unique visitors counted?

A unique visitor is a site visitor or a lead uploaded via API with certain parameters:  cookies, browser, OS and other properties or events. Unique visitors will be considered in quota if they were active in your payment period.

Visitor activity is:

  • any event or property recorded;
  • visitor visited your site;
  • you recorded data via API;
  • visitor responded to your email;
  • visitor followed the link to your site from the message.

Visitors are considered unique if they:

  • cleared cookies
  • entered your site via another device
  • reinstalled the browser or OS

Please note: when visitors who haven't been active in the current payment period are sent manual and triggered messages, they will be counted in the unique visitors quota only if they perform the following actions with the message:

  • answered the message
  • clicked on the link in the message

The visitor won't be counted in the quota if they:

  • read the message (but didn't reply or go to the site via the links in the message)
  • mark the message as spam
  • unsubscribe from your campaigns
  • receive the Double Opt-In letter
  • don't receive the messages as they bounce

For example:

You send out a manual campaign to 1000 leads:

  • 580 leads read the message
  • 320 leads answer
  • 100 proceed to visit your site via the link from the message
  • 12 unsubscribe from your campaigns

Only those who replied to the message and followed the link will be counted in the quota of unique visitors. At the same time, if one lead performs two actions at once (responds and follows the link in the message), they will be counted only once.

If the quota is exceeded, you'll get the overrun total added to your regular payment invoice. It will be deducted in the end of your payment period The cost of each visitor over the quota depends on your payment plan and can be found in the tables above.

Exceeding email quota

Email quota consists of:

  • Emails sent manually;
  • Triggered emails;
  • Emails duplicating chat messages to leads (they are sent when lead didn't read chat message within required time);
  • Email notifications to operators.

When you exceed your email quota (which is determined by your plan type), emails beyond limit will be charged in amount of $ 0.0006 per 1 email. Overrun total will be deducted in the end of your payment period. You will receive email notification, when your quota will be close to 90, 100 and 150%.

If you didn't exceed your quota, the rest of it won't be transferred to the next period.

Several website for one subscription

Each website requires a separate subscription and they can't be combined to separate tracked data, collected leads and messages sent.

However, if your sites have one sub-domain (site.com and m.site.com) then they will be considered as one site and you can use one subscription.

Archived plans

Starting Nov 2, 2022, Dashly changes its payment plans: the plan prices increase, new plans are added, and some of the old plans are archived completely.

An archived plan is a plan used by the clients who had such a plan active, as of November 2, 2022. It's no longer possible to switch and / or connect to this plan. When canceling a subscription or switching to a new plan, clients on the archived plan will be charged by relevant rates.

Archived plans are assigned to the project, not to the user. If you have several projects, then the subscription price for those sites connected after Nov 2, 2022 will be calculated according to the current payment plans.

You will still be able to see the cost of your archived plan and the cost of email/unique visitor quota overruns in the Billing section.
