A default knowledge base domain looks somewhat like that: appXXX.dashly.help. XXX is the number of your Dashly app. To change your default knowledge base domain to the custom one, you need to follow these steps:
1. Choose the subdomain for your knowledge base. Approved subdomains: help, helpcenter, kb, doc, docs, support, faq, data, info
A few examples of the subdomains you can use:
help.example.com
kb.example.io
docs.example.ru
info.example.com
And other similar subdomains.
2. Add a cname with the value of dashly.help to the settings of your web hosting platform to make your unique subdomain work.
3. After you've added said cname value, write us in chat and mention the subdomain you've chosen, let us know that you've added the needed cname value and we'll activate your custom subdomain.
